3 How do we obtain your personal data?
We obtain your personal data by: voluntary entering of your data by you in the forms available on the websites belonging to REVPOINT sp. z o.o. or cookies stored in your terminal devices.

We are committed to ensuring the security of the personal data we process. To this end, we design our services with your security in mind. We have implemented appropriate procedures, policies and precautions. We provide training on data protection, confidentiality and security. We regularly review the security measures put in place for their adequacy for the security of the personal data processed.
5 Does personal data go outside the European Economic Area (EEA)?
Due to concluded agreements with external entities, REVPOINT sp. z o.o. may transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. The transfer of personal data is carried out on the basis of appropriate mechanisms that guarantee the security of data processing.
6 What is the scope of the acquired data?
REVPOINT sp. z o.o. may acquire data from you in the following scope:
- e-mail address,
- first and last name,
- telephone number,
- company.
The detailed scope of data acquired for a specific purpose is specified each time on the website of REVPOINT sp. z o.o. in places that allow you to leave such data.
7 Use of data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- conclusion and performance of the contract connecting you with REVPOINT sp. z o.o. for the provision of services by electronic means through online platforms belonging to REVPOINT sp. z o.o., including ensuring the correct quality of services,
- performance of legal obligations incumbent on REVPOINT sp. z o.o., e.g:
- issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents,
to respond to complaints within the time and form stipulated by law,
- to process requests, complaints and inquiries addressed by you,
- to detect and prevent fraud,
- to establish the legitimacy of claims, defend against claims and assert claims,
- after obtaining your consent - for marketing purposes, sending newsletters, as well as for direct marketing by REVPOINT Ltd,

8 Does REVPOINT sp. z o.o. perform profiling?
Based on the data provided by users, REVPOINT sp. z o.o. performs profiling within the meaning of the RODO. This means that REVPOINT sp. z o.o. adjusts the content of services and marketing communications directed to users according to their preferences.
In particular, the following categories of data will be used for profiling: information contained in cookies, information about addresses (including Internet electronic addresses to which the used terminal device connected), information about the type of device used as well as the type and version of software. Profiling may use automated data processing.
Profiling takes place only on the basis of the user's consent.
Consent to profiling may be revoked at any time.
9 How long do we keep your personal data?
We store your data depending on the purpose for a certain period of time:
- the duration of the contract, and then for the period after which a claim under the contract becomes time-barred, and in the case of REVPOINT sp. z o.o.'s pursuit of claims or notification of competent authorities - for the duration of such proceedings,
- performance of obligations, e.g. issuance of an invoice,
- in which regulations prescribe the storage of data, e.g. tax law,
- necessary to consider requests, complaints, inquiries directed by you,
- in which REVPOINT sp. z o.o. may incur legal consequences of non-performance of an obligation, e.g. receive a financial penalty from government offices,
- necessary for the assessment of payment reliability,
- to have your consent, i.e. until you withdraw it,
- until you raise an objection, where the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator.

We exercise due diligence to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular, we strive to ensure that the data collected by REVPOINT sp. z o.o. are:

15 Information on processing of personal data for employees or associates of contractors of REVPOINT sp. z o.o. - "contact persons".
The administrator of your personal data will be REVPOINT sp. z o.o..
We will process your personal data because you are a contact person for REVPOINT sp. z o.o. at our contractor or potential contractor. Accordingly, we will process your data to:
- Contact you in ongoing matters, including the execution of contracts between us and your employer/entity you represent, to present offers, receive orders, answer questions. The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest in being able to contact our contractors (i.e. their employees/co-workers) on an ongoing basis.
- Provide other information about activities and possible forms of cooperation. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in maintaining relationships with employees and associates of our contractors.
- Defend against possible claims or assert possible claims related to a contract with the entity where you work or which you represent, i.e. our contractor - if a contract dispute arises. From your employer/entity you represent, we receive data such as your name, business phone number and email address, place of work, position or information about what type of matters you handle.
We will process your personal data for the period of performance of the contract that your employer/entity you represent has entered into with us, as well as for the period of the statute of limitations for claims under the contract.
Your personal data may be transferred to our subcontractors who will perform services for your employer/entity you represent and to law firms with which we cooperate.

- The right to access your data and receive a copy of your data, to rectify (amend) your data, to erase your personal data, to restrict the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing of your data due to your particular situation, the right to data portability; a request in this regard can be sent to the contact address of the data controller given above

16 Information on processing of personal data of other persons who contact REVPOINT sp. z o.o. (by phone, e-mail, contact form) and persons who are contacted byREVPOINT sp. z o.o. (by phone and e-mail).
REVPOINT sp. z o.o. will be the administrator of your personal data.
We will process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling your inquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) RODO and for marketing purposes on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) RODO.
