Putting the sales process infrastructure in order

The project with Business Web involved doing a cleanup after a very extensive system implementation by another team, where almost 500 workflows were created and under 50 salespeople it was working completely wrong. In addition, we were not using either LFCS or scoring and the salespeople were not able to work on the customer. We went through several workshops, cleaned up all the clutter in the system, created proper data management and taught the teams how to work on it. I highly recommend BusinessWeb as a business partner!

A sophisticated tool requires professional implementation. When we decided to implement HubSpot, we thought that our knowledge of marketing automation was sufficient to do it ourselves. To some extent, that's right, but what BW guarantees is a completely different level of adaptation of knowledge related to the tool. Concrete workshops, big pills of knowledge, specifics and examples on real "kejs". I believe that thanks to this Team we saved a few months, and at the same time we will be able to squeeze the maximum out of HS.
